Vinification: It is made exclusively from Cannonau grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation in cement tanks, the wine ages for 12 months in small oak barrels and further in glass, before being bottled
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose opens with enveloping aromas of jammy blackberry and plum, enriched by notes of wilted roses, tobacco, pepper and cloves
Taste: The palate is structured and soft, with tannins that soften as the wine evolves
PAIRINGS: Perfect with first courses and grilled red meats, it is ideal paired with truffle dishes, game and aged cheeses
