WINE-MAKING: Passopisciaro, always careful to preserve the distinctive characteristics of its wines, lets it ferment for 15 days and then ages it for about 18 months in large oak barrels. Thus is born a great wine from Etna, a wine at once pungent and tight; a Nerello certainly young that has much to say in the coming years, with a strong and upright body on which to rest the magnificent evolution that we are sure it will be able to give
