Nose: Hints of honey, fruit in syrup, acacia flowers
Taste: Sweet, medium persistence, very balanced, notes of licorice and fresh sweet almond emerge on the finish
PAIRINGS: At the end of a meal, pairs well with blue cheeses of all kinds. Also excellent on tarts and dry pastries
