Description: Franciacorta Brut fruit of the skillfulassemblage of the estate's most representative grapes. From the 54 hectares located in each of the six Franciacorta Vocational Units, the best grapes are selected and then the cuvée is made in the cellar.
TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: Dense and fine perlage with good luminosity
Color: Straw yellow
Nose: Flower predominates on the nose, lime in primis, but also rose and vegetal hints that intertwine with yeast and unripe fruit.
Taste: The palate has nice acidity, medium body and good persistence.
PAIRINGS: Perfect for an aperitif with savory pies, or for a vegetarian dinner. Try it with a plate of soy noodles and mixed vegetables.
