TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: Fine and persistent perlage
Color: Salmon pink
Nose: It is surprisingly rich on the nose, with a depth on the floral of rose and peony, and the fruitiness of pomegranate and strawberry
Taste: It is confirmed on the palate as fruity, and is fresh with a subtle and delicate effervescence
PAIRINGS: It is perfect for accompanying aperitifs, along with fish preparations or with eggs and pies. Pair with a warm seafood salad
FRUITABILITY: To be served at 8°C
VINIFICATION: This Franciacorta Rosé DOCG "Cuvée Prestige" from the Ca' Del Bosco winery comes from the separate vinification of chardonnay and pinot noir grapes, the base wines of which are blended after eight months of aging. It rests on the lees for a period of about thirty months. It gives a magic balanced between two nuances, bringing together the "romantic" Pinot Noir with the "delicate" Chardonnay
