Vinification: A fine expression of contemporary Franciacorta. A wine that needs no subterfuge to captivate. No tricks. No added sugar. Made from 90% Chardonnay with just a hint of Pinot Noir to complete the picture. Grapes selected from all the estate vineyards, harvested at perfect ripeness between late August and early September. The cuvée is composed of wines from the vintage and some reserve wines from previous vintages. The color is? straw yellow with green highlights, made brilliant by a fine, continuous perlage. The aromas are fresh and deep, ranging from light flowers to white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly savory, fresh and sharp. The finish is long and bright and helps to delineate a superior wine.
