TASTING NOTES.

Color: Bright gold

Nose:Creamy top notes that make way for fruity and herbaceous notes .Perceptions of sweet fruit filling, pears in syrup and heather honey. This is followed by spicy hints given by the wood that intensify on the palate. Addition of water enhances the herbaceous note and waxy texture.

Palate: A silky, enveloping texture introduces a lively, rich palate with hints given by the PX/Oloroso barrels. The palate is well balanced by hints of peppery and spicy. The addition of water enhances the sweetness and softens the taste, giving additional spicy notes.
