These are the same springs that have fed the Talisker distillery since its inception

TASTING NOTES.

Color: Luminous gold

Nose: The nose is expressed with a bouquet of citrus and seaweed, ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, with a hint of chalk

Palate: In the mouth, the sip is smooth, initially sweet and well balanced by acidity. It develops on notes of white pepper and roasting, with a rather long finish, with a bitter aftertaste
