TASTING NOTES.
Color: Bright gold with ruby highlights
Nose: Full-bodied, savory, notes evoke a cassoulet with white beans, tomatoes, spicy sausage and crispy pork belly. Intriguing aromas of grapes and red wine intertwine with its classic meatiness and becomes, as the nose develops, more mineral. With the addition of water the sensations change, mitigating the spicy hints and bringing out a rounder flavor, with hints of wine and red fruit.
Palate: A full-bodied texture, while the taste is sweetly fruity rather than meaty, with a spice given by the virgin oak barrels. The variety of these notes combine with hints of ginger. The addition of water shapes the resulting harmonious taste with a strong combination of fruity and spicy hints.
