Nose: The nose is linear in initial notes of oak and pepper followed by toffee and vanilla
Palate: The palate is rich and nicely sweet, with notes of smoked wood, figs, white pepper, peanuts and a hint of red fruit reminiscent of currants, towards a full, long finish with notes of vanilla, peat and oak
DESCRIPTION : Still on the market today in two versions, in the Rye version it consists of a blend of rye whiskeys with significant aging (some as long as 9 years) from a numbered series of casks (small batch), capable of giving it inimitable and unmistakable taste and aroma
