TASTING NOTES.

Color: Amber

Nose: Delicate on the nose; marine notes, salt, sand and seaweed surround a vinous core on a spicy base

Palate: There is a rich and engaging sensation on the palate. Pleasant on the palate: salty after a somewhat sweet start. A smoky warmth fills the palate. Then sweet notes of brown sugar that anticipate notes of fresh mint and licorice on the finish. The finish is fabulous, pungent, spicy and warm.
