Vinification: Pneumatic pressing with cold static sedimentation. Controlled alcoholic fermentation followed by partial malolactic fermentation (about 40%) in early winter, giving more smoothness to the wine. Aged on fine lees for 12 months in underground tanks (typical of Pays Nantais).

Bouquet: The nose has hints of citrus (lemon, clementine), and a pleasant spring floral touch, accompanied by a mineral note
Taste: The palate appreciates structure and a certain fatness, with evidence of elegant and subtle fruit. Another image of Muscadet, with great success
PAIRINGS: Normande-style scallops, salt-crusted pork, fresh cheeses. A wine for any occasion and great as an aperitif
