Color: Deep straw yellow with evident green reflections

Nose: Redundant as always with scents of white flowers, thyme and chamomile. Citrus notes such as tangerine, lychee and peppermint

Taste: Elegant and voluptuous. Expressive and enveloping, well supported by fresh acidity. Mineral notes that well express its terroir. Ample and progressive finish

PAIRINGS: Ideal with raw and/or smoked fish carpaccio, grilled oysters and scallops. Saffron prawns, sea urchin spaghetti and lobster spaghetti. Glazed meat, red mullet in a Noto almond crust. Chicken breast with orange sauce

FRUITY: Serve at 10/12°C
