Vinification: At the end of fermentation the wine has been in contact with the fine lees for about 4 months and the lees are put in suspension about three times a month, as are the phases of the moon. At the end of the cycle the wine is bottled with the crescent moon without filtration. Aging in barrique and then bottle until marketing

TASTING NOTES
Color: Golden golden yellow
Nose: On the nose, it presents itself as a wine with a complex odor set, recalling notes of exotic fruit, candied citrus and finely spiced notes
Taste: The taste is dry, warm soft full-bodied with a good freshness that balances the softness of the wine. Very persistent on the palate, with a very long finish of fragrant notes perceived on the nose
