TASTING NOTES.
Color: Deep straw yellow with greenish reflections
Nose: Fruity and floral with hints of apple, apricot, pear, acacia, broom and spring flowers in general
Taste: In the mouth it is warm, very full-bodied and soft
PAIRINGS: Goes well with seafood starters, grilled fish, shellfish and fine mollusks, excellent with aged cheeses
FRUITY: Serve at 10°C
