Vinification: Grapes from old vineyards located in the villages of Verzy and Verzenay are used to produce this assemblage champagne, to whose white cuvée is added about 8% Coteaux Rouge champenois vinified in red. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completely carried out in steel vats with subsequent aging in the bottle for at least 3 years, carried out in crayères (traditional chalk cellars)

Appearance: Fine and persistent
Color: Sparkling salmon pink
Nose: Reveals a fine and elegant nose overflowing with aromas of red berries, currants, raspberries and strawberries
Palate: On the palate the attack is frank, pure with a nice incisiveness, fresh and fruity with hints of wild strawberries
PAIRINGS: Ideal to accompany seafood preparations and sushi
