Nose: Next, the nose is invaded by scents of red fruits such as raspberries and cherries due to the percentage of Pinot Noir present in the wine
Taste: On the palate the taste is full, enveloping and fresh. It is a very elegant, complex and balanced Champagne
PAIRINGS: Perfect to serve during aperitifs, it is ideal with fish appetizers. It goes well with shellfish and fried fish
