TASTING NOTES.

Color: Straw yellow, with golden nuances.

Nose: The nose expresses a fine and elegant aromatic charge, in which fruity notes of citrus and white melon, delicate floral hints of orange blossom and white rose with nuances of aromatic herbs stand out.

Taste: Fresh and clean in the mouth, characterized by a delicate sweetness and beautiful persistence.

PAIRINGS: At the end of a meal, Donnafugata's "Kabir" is perfect with savory cheeses, fruit salads, fruit tarts and baked desserts. Also try it on roe-based pasta dishes.

FRUITY: Serve at 12/14°C.

VINIFICATION: Begins with the harvesting of very ripe grapes, with their unmistakable golden color, which are soft-pressed and vinified in steel. The must ferments at a controlled temperature. The wine is put on the market after aging in the bottle for at least 4 months.
