TASTING NOTES.
Color: Bright gold with amber highlights.
Nose: Intense with delicate fruity, vanilla and balsamic notes.
Palate: On the palate it is fine, well structured, delicately sweet and very elegant.
PAIRINGS: If you want a touch of elegance, it is the ideal wine to accompany elegant aperitifs. Sip along with various entrée sandwiches and finger foods.
FRUITY: To be served at 12/14°C.
VINIFICATION: Long maceration on the skins. Fermentation at the fairly high temperature of 30-32°C to give the wine a strong structure. Followed by interruption of fermentation (when still at least half of the sugars have not turned into alcohol) by the addition of Brandy,matures 3 years in small Oak barrels.
