Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: The nose is rich and heady, with hints of berries, violets and spices
Taste: The sip is powerful, smooth and perfectly defined. The tannins are vigorous and the finish is long and sweet. A very classy Barbaresco that does not go unnoticed
PAIRINGS: Pasta with white truffles, risotto with porcini mushrooms, roasted meat main courses, braised meats, game, aged cheeses
