Vinification: Rocca di Frassinello is the first and most important of the wines produced by the Tuscan winery of the same name. A careful blend of sangiovese, merlot and cabernet sauvignon whose vinification takes place in steel and whose maturation continues in 80% new barriques for a period of never less than 14 months

Nose: The nose expresses beautiful spicy notes that are flanked by decisive fruity hints, cherry and blackberry
Taste: Balsamic traces of cocoa, tobacco, mint open to a taste of great breadth and infinite grace, deep and balanced. Of great persistence
