TASTING NOTES.

Color: Impenetrable ruby red

Nose: Intense fruity scents of plum, cherry and cooked fruit are perceived on the nose, accompanied by a spicy note of cocoa

Taste: The taste is powerful and particularly soft and av-volent

PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with sliced meats and cold cuts, pasta dishes, roasted meats, game and aged cheeses.

FRUITABILITY: To be served at 16/18°C

VINIFICATION: The must undergoes alcoholic fermentation with maceration for at least 20 days at a controlled temperature (26 - 28°C). After racking, the wine is put into French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for at least 12 months.
