TASTING NOTES.

Color: Ruby red color

Nose: The nose presents a beautiful spiciness, a very intriguing olfactory range, ranging from clove to black pepper. Then the bouquet opens up and you can smell plum and morello cherry, brackish notes and then more loricate pine and medicinal herbs

Taste: This is an elegant, balanced wine with good intensity, harmonious. The entrance into the mouth is direct, dry, enveloping, good sapidity, medium tannic with a marked acidity

PAIRINGS: Enjoy with grilled red meats, white meats and aged cheeses

FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
