Vinification: The vines are trained by spurred cordon. Harvesting is done manually towards the end of September. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and the wine then matures for 10 months in oak barriques, 50% new and 50% used, and finishes aging with an additional 12 months in bottle

Color: Light ruby red
Nose: The nose expresses beautiful notes of pomegranate, cherry and currant.
Taste: On the palate it is warm, full-bodied, harmonious and with excellent persistence
PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it is exalted with medium-aged cheeses, with vegetable risottos, typical Sicilian savory pies
FRUITABILITY: Serve at 16°C
