Vinification: After harvesting, Moscato rosa grapes are transported to the winery in 220kg crates, where they are crushed and destemmed. With the subsequent fermentation, which takes place at a controlled and constant temperature of 22°C, this wine takes on its unique flavor and distinct aroma of Moscato rosa.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Light red in color.
Nose: Delicately rose-scented on the nose.
Taste: The taste is full-bodied and spicy, soft on the palate and in the aftertaste there are slight sweetish notes.
PAIRINGS: Our Rosenkavalier is suitable, particularly, as a dessert wine for Krapfen and Poppy Strudel as well as for all lovers of amiable red wines.
