TASTING NOTES.
Color: dense garnet red
Nose: opleasant smell, typical of the variety with chocolate, cherries, plums and a slight scent of violets.
Taste: Very powerful on the palate, velvety, with ripe tannins.
PAIRINGS: Best paired with aged cheeses or meat dishes; try it with veal roulades with sage
