TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense garnet red with violet reflections
Nose: The olfactory examination shows hints of strawberry jam, wild blackberries and roasted aromas
Taste: On sip it reconfirms the fruitiness and lets you perceive pleasant spices of cloves and crème brûlée. It is full-bodied and structured
PAIRINGS: It is best paired with meat-based main courses. Try it with roast pork with apples.
FRUITY: To be served at 16°C.
VINIFICATION : The grapes from which this Zinfandel is made are harvested from two different vineyards. From the Hog's Canyon vineyard in Paso Robles come the heaviest and most concentrated clusters, while other grapes are harvested from some old rows in Amador County. It rests for 12 months in French oak barrels. It is flavorful and full of character
