Vinification: It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, harvested from the beginning of September until mid-October. The grapes are fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 30-31°C and undergo a maceration process that lasts for 15 days, for both grape varieties. The wine is aged for 15 months in French and minimally American oak barrels, then rests in bottle for an additional 3 months

Bouquet: The nose opens with pleasant hints of wild berries, enriched by notes of coffee and nuances of Mediterranean scrub
Taste: Full and powerful on the palate, with lively tannins and a long, lingering finish
