Bouquet: Delicate scents of rare charm, seduce the nose: cherry, raspberry, black currant, alternate, in perfect harmony, with spicy notes and memories of noble woods

Taste: On the palate the sip flows gracefully, supported by a tannic texture of great refinement and a freshness that lengthens it in the final persistence

PAIRINGS: Perfect with game dishes, noble poultry and game. Try it with pappardelle with hare ragout
