TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red.
Nose: The nose presents intense aromas of red fruit, black cherry and raspberry. Hints of licorice emerge accompanied by a light vanilla aftertaste.
Taste: On the palate it is soft, savory, powerful, with sweet and long tannins.
PAIRINGS: Wine for the entire meal. Excellent with grilled red meats, pasta with sauce and aged cheeses.
FRUITY: Best served at 18/20°C.
VINIFICATION : After pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26-28°C. Maceration is continued for 15-18 days. After racking, the wine goes directly into French and Hungarian oak barrels. It remains there for 12 months before being bottled. This is followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging.
