Vinification: The skins are left to macerate for 18 / 22 days, after which comes the moment of racking in which the flower wine is separated from the marc (spent skins).
To give more harmony and roundness to the wine, it is placed in French oak barrels where it will be left to age for a minimum of 1 year. The total aging then, including bottle aging, lasts a minimum of 33 months

Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections
Nose: Ripe fruits with typical spicy hints
Taste: Dry, rightly tannic with high body and structure
PAIRINGS: Because of its organoleptic characteristics, it is recommended to be paired with very structured and spicy dishes such as game meat or very mature and spicy cheeses.
