Vinification: Vinification takes place with maceration in contact with the skins for about 1 month followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages partly in barriques and partly in steel tanks, resting for about 6 months in bottles before release.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red with purplish highlights.
Bouquet: The nose opens with a rich bouquet, characterized by hints of plum, enriched by pleasant spicy nuances
Taste: The palate is soft, velvety and pleasantly fruity, with a good structure.
PAIRINGS: Because of its structure, it accompanies rich dishes, especially white and red meats, game and aged cheeses.
