TASTING NOTES.

Color: Ruby red

Nose: Fruit and floral bouquet, with hints of violets and berries

Taste: Fresh, savory and fruity on the palate

PAIRINGS: Goes well with savory pasta dishes and red meats

FRUITY: Serve at 18°C

WINE-MAKING: Siopè was harvested at the end of September; the grapes were carefully selected, first on the vine and then in the cellar; this is the reason why the yield was 4 quintals per hectare. Maceration lasted 10 days in steel tanks. Aging took place first in French oak barrels for about 12 months, the period of malolactic fermentation; after which the wine rested in bottles for another 2 years
