Taste: Structured, important, full and tasty, it closes with a finish on dark tones, with great persistence.
PAIRINGS: Also for the whole meal, Basilisco's "Teodosio" is a red wine that also goes well with first courses based on meat sauce.
FRUITY: To be served at 18/20°C.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation and maceration in steel tanks for 15 to 30 days. 10 to 12 months in French oak barrels of II and III passage. And minimum 10 months of aging.
