Description: Hailing from the Lake Kaltern area in Alto Adige, and interpreted in "Classic" and "Superior" versions, this is a red that comes from a resting period in oak barrels and tonneaux. Tasty and juicy, fragrant and informal, it is a Schiava characterized by a truly inviting drinkability
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Faint ruby red
Nose: The nose is typical and varietal, markedly fruity with hints of cherries and morello cherries, then also characterized by a slight hint of bitter almonds
Taste: Full on the palate with subtle acidity and pleasant tannins. Harmonious aftertaste.
PAIRINGS: For pizza a must; wonderful with Mediterranean cuisine, such as with grilled fish or a hearty snack.
