Vinification: It is made from 50% Merlot grapes, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah and 5% Petit Verdot, harvested and sorted by hand, then crushed, destemmed and vinified separately. The wine macerates on the skins for 22 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 22°C, while alcoholic fermentation lasts about 10 days. After racking, the wine is placed in new Allier oak barrels and, at the first racking, following malolactic fermentation, the 4 wines are blended. The wine then matures in barrique for 18 months, then is filtered and bottled and rests for another 8 months in the cellar
