Nose: The nose envelops with ample sweet scents of acacia honey, dried apricots and jammy pears, pineapple in syrup and herbs, along with slight balsamic tones reminiscent of resin and pine cones
Taste: Concentrated, juicy and consistent on the palate, it shows a masterful balance between sweetness and freshness, with good savory verve and linear coherence with the nose, especially in the many hints of raisins
PAIRINGS: With a millefeuille of apricots, a classic strudel but also chestnut-based desserts; it is also excellent with spicy gorgonzola accompanied by dandelion honey
