TASTING NOTES.

Color: Very intense purple ruby.

Nose: The nose has spicy notes with hints of licorice

Taste: Juicy, concentrated on the palate with good raspberry and jammy fruit.

PAIRINGS: Ragout, red meats in general, lamb, aged cheeses

FRUITY: Best served at 16/18°C

VINIFICATION: Macerates on the skins in steel for 10 days at 25/28 °c, during which periodic pumping over and punching down is carried out.End malolactic in barrique for14 months. Bottling and final aging in bottle for 12 months.
