Vinification: Once harvested, theSangiovese grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. During thisphase, the breaking of the cap was of fundamental importance, allowing a perfect extraction of polyphenolic substances. Subsequently, the wine spent a period of maturation in the cellar, part of which was in wood. Further time in the bottle completed its qualitative course, before release for consumption.

TASTING NOTES.

Color: Ruby red

Bouquet: The bouquet is characterized mainly by fruity and floral notes. Trale fruity notes stand out currant and morello cherry, trale floral certainly violet

Taste: In the mouth it is fresh, soft and persuasive. The tannin is soft. The persistence is pleasantly long.

PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with egg pasta dishes such as pappardelle served with hare sauce, wild boar and red meats from steak to stew

FRUITY: Serve at 16-18°C
