Color: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Fine nuances of blueberry, blackberry and pepper with spicy hints of pepper and licorice
Taste: Warm, enveloping, silky and persistent
PAIRINGS: Perfect to drink with pasta with sauce, risotto, game, grilled meats and stews
FRUITY: Serve at 18/20°C
