TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense garnet
Nose: Long, fine nose with notes of red fruits and ripe blackberries, supported by elegant whiffs of jam, vanilla, white truffle, licorice and sweet tobacco
Taste: Sumptuous in the mouth, with polished tannins. Long persistence
PAIRINGS: Accompanies red meats, game and braised meats. Because of its exceptional finesse and complexity, it can be drunk as a meditation wine
