TASTING NOTES.

Color: Dark ruby red

Nose: The olfactory profile reveals scents of cherry, blackberry, red-fleshed plum, hints of underbrush, hints of vanilla and oriental spices

Taste: The palate has a good structure, with dense tannins well integrated with the body of the wine. The juicy, soft and exuberant fruit accompanies the sip toward a fresh and persistent finish

PAIRINGS: Throughout a meal, it goes well with rich main courses of meat, including stewed meat, and medium-aged cheeses

FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
