Taste: In the mouth it is silky, full and with a nice red fruit aroma. Sweet and elegant tannins, excellent persistence.
PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with some meat dishes, meat pies, game or wild boar.
FRUITY: To be served at 16°C.
