Color: Intense ruby red

Nose: On the nose intense and complex, fruity, floral and spicy; with hints of blackberry jam, morello cherry, violet, tobacco, cinnamon and vanilla

Palate: Dry, warm, soft on the palate, with good concentration of gentle tannins, supported by acidity and good flavor. Highlights great body, remarkable balance, marked intensity and persistence

PAIRINGS: Earthy appetizers, decidedly savory first courses, grilled or stewed red meats, aged cheeses

FRUITABILITY: Serve at 16°C
