Nose: Red fruit on nose, cherry, citrus, white plum and apple, firm and well-balanced entry
Taste: Fresh with good texture. Closes with return of cherry and a hint of tannin that accentuates freshness
PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with fish dishes, fresh cheeses, white meats
