TASTING NOTES.

Color: ruby red with strong purple spears

Nose: intense and penetrating with clear hints of plum, cherry and

small berries

Taste: soft, full, with noticeable tannicity, but such that it does not detract from the balance, indeed capable of imparting a note of importance; long bitter aftertaste.

PAIRINGS: Recommended with cooked meats, savory first courses and flavored meats

FRUITABILITY: Best served at 15°C
