TASTING NOTES.

Color: Ruby red

Nose: The nose opens fine and intense on sour cherries, blackberries and delicate hints of violets

Taste: Taste sweet in the impact of juicy red fruit, with acid lash and dense but soft tannins and enveloping note of warmth. Long and elegant finish

PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with sliced and cured meats, pasta dishes, roasted meats, game and aged cheeses.

FRUITY: To be served at 14°C.

VINIFICATION : After fermentation is complete, the wine is left to macerate with the skins for an additional 7 days to further extract color and aromas from the skins. After racking it is put into French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for at least 12 months.
