TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red
Nose: The nose develops a floral and especially fruity olfactory core, of plums, currants and blackberries, which are complemented by tertiaries of licorice and woody
Taste: In tasting it has good structure, is solid and dense, with silky tannins and a good finish
PAIRINGS: It goes well with red meats, aged cheeses or feathered game. Try it with pheasant with fruit.
FRUITY: To be served at 16/18°C.
VINIFICATION : It has been allowed to mature according to a precise aging program, according to which part of the wine, about 40 percent, rests in new oak barrels, another 40 percent in first-passage oak barrels, and finally 20 percent in second-passage oak barrels.
