TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red, with purple highlights
Nose: The nose opens with a complex bouquet of red berry fruit and rose candy, enriched by sweet spicy notes of licorice
Taste: Fresh and balanced on the palate, with soft tannins that accompany toward a pleasantly long finish
PAIRINGS: Perfect with pastas with robust sauces and red meats, this wine is ideal paired with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
FRUITY: Best served at 16/18°C.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel for 6 months. Aging in barrique for 16 months. Further aging in bottle for 8 months.
